How it’s done (The Basics of Accelerating Change)
Starting with the foundational work of Shepherding Change, we deploy our proprietary tools across the organization to allow for baselining of change capability and continuous monitoring so we can look for pockets of opportunity and areas of challenge and deal with them openly, honestly, and at pace.
We go deeper in demonstrating and reinforcing what good looks like when we “change the culture by changing the culture” in key strategic teams and groups. We do this through a simple process of preparation, facilitation, and learning—all in the context of real, current, necessary work.
This is not a theoretical exercise, it is us helping you fly the plane, and make course corrections quickly, as you build it. It means more intensive work with key leaders and creating those change leaders that can go forth and multiply—becoming teachers, not just experts. We do this by embedding within targeted areas of the organization, working with them through the genesis of their change projects until we are no longer needed, and by teaching them to learn and teach others along the way.
