Why do you need a Change Catalyst?

Our founder has spent a career in front of the room, from small and intimate gatherings of senior leaders to audience of thousands, telling the stories and raising the energy and motivation that strikes the match of change. You can engage us to meet with your leadership teams to explore and drive home the necessity for change and to create the belief that the group in the room can be the ones to drive change and transformation successfully. We do not believe that true organizational transformation is the sole purview of consulting firms or other specialist. In truth, it is those already in place to lead an organization that are best placed to drive change through what they role model and share and, most crucially, through their own experience change lived out loud. We help your key leaders see that this growth and learning are good, not signs of weakness. That being open and sharing your own journey and failings makes you strong in the eyes of those you lead. And we will motivate and energize your leadership (and you) to step into the gap and become the change and transformation leaders you never actually believed you could be.


Struggling Moments

The world is changing around you but your organization seems stuck in a place of incremental change at best, where people still look back and wish for a return to what was.  You’ve realized that you have to get the message across but it does not seem to be working.  People hear the words, but their behaviors continue along the same lines.


How it’s done (The Basics of Catalyzing Change)

  • The Change Catalyst Intervention starts with a meeting with you to get clear on your current state–you can’t move forward unless you know where you’re starting from, this is one of the most overlooked parts of planning for change.  Once we have met with you we may interview key stakeholders and employees to get a sense of where their mindset is and what the cultural realities are.

  • Once done, and those things happen over a week or two, we build out the right combination of speaking and workshops (in-depth sessions with key players or leaders) to catalyze the organization–building awareness, understanding, and initial acceptance of the need to change.  We do this through live, virtual, and recorded sessions to ensure we connect to a critical mass within the organization.  

  • The distribution of The Heart of Transformation, with a forward for your organization (and with your brand on the cover) is something that we provide along with the videos of key messaging for your continued use in sparking change.
